Kamut bread


Tasted the Spelt bread last night - great taste and texture. Used for my sandwiches for lunch today. Kamut bread started this morning. It will be ready for the oven later this afternoon. I am going to slash a polka design on top again. I have sent off for a baker's lame (pronounced lahm, French for blade) yesterday, which will make the incision/slashing process somewhat easier.
