More Maslin bread plus Pumpernickel started

The Maslin bread was so good that I decided to make some more this morning. I used the bread for sandwiches for lunch today and it was delicious. The Pumpernickel bread making is rather a lengthy process. I have just mixed up the ingredients and I have left the dough to rest for an hour. The dough is then split in two and placed into 2 well greased tins. It is then left to prove for 16 - 20 hours before baking in a low oven for 6 hours!
