A rustic loaf and seeded loaf are rising this morning. Each dough weight is 1kg and using my 2 bannetons.

My first Einkorn loaf was made today as well as a rustic loaf and pumpernickel mixed and now proving for 20 hours (baking tomorrow at 10am).
